up to ten studentships to high calibre graduates keen to
participate in research in the following fields: experimental
particle physics, string theory, and condensed matter physics.
Applicants for the PhD studentships should have, or expect to obtain a good honours
degree in Physics, Astrophysics, Materials Science or Engineering. The studentships
are for a period of 3 years and in come cases may be extended to 4 years.
